The
Friendship Room
The Friendship Room is available
to the public for private and organizational functions.
The room accommodates up to 160 with dancing and up
to 200 with a banquet and head table set up. The dining
and dancing area is 67’ X 40’ with a 10’
X 20’ stage set up for a D.J. or a small band.
The
Friendship Room has the ability to meet the
needs of many types of events: wedding receptions,
dances, reunions, meetings and other social gatherings.
Our stage also provides a podium and an up to date
sound system for professional presentations.
Menu
Selection
The
Friendship Room staff prepares the meals
in its own facility. Meals are served family style.
Hot or cold meals are offered. Menus are suggested,
but items may be substituted to meet your needs. Prices
are subject to change without notice. Contracts have
a 15% gratuity and 6% sales tax added to the cost
of food.
Room
Rental/Food Guarantees
Room
rental date is secured upon receipt of deposit and
a signed contract. Menu selection, seating plan, and
a definite commitment to the number of people attending
the function are required 2 weeks prior to the event.
Final numbers must be submitted 48 hours prior to
the function with the contracting party required to
pay for this number. Additional attendees beyond the
final number will be accommodated as possible.
Room
Rental
The
Friendship Room is available for rental for
individuals or groups without the use of kitchen facilities.
There is a rental charge plus a refundable deposit
for the use of this room for up to four hours.
